Implementasi Logika Fuzzy Metode Mamdani untuk Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan pada Lappo Café

Human resources are the most valuable asset in a company. Employee performance is one of the benchmarks used by companies to assess the level of productivity of these human resources. Employee performance measurement can be carried out using various methods, one of which is the fuzzy logic method. Fuzzy Mamdani is a fuzzy inference method that uses a set of rules, which must be processed before producing a final value. This study analyzes three main criteria: attendance, work quality, and communication. Each criterion has a value obtained from the average of several assessment indicators. The final result is obtained through a data analysis process of employees using the Fuzzy Mamdani method, producing a weighted average value as the basis for determining the level of employee performance. The conclusions obtained can be used as a reference in evaluating employee performance based on the ranking of scores, from the highest to the lowest. MATLAB (Matrix Laboratory) is used as software to perform numerical analysis and calculations, as well as to support the implementation of the Fuzzy Mamdani method. In addition, a Graphical User Interface (GUI) is utilized as a visual medium that makes it easier for users to give commands to the system without having to type commands directly, instead using the graphics-based interface provided.
